This ecological cooperative is the first women’s cooperative in the Villa Rica region of Peru. 28 women grow their coffee with heart and soul. The coffee production goes hand in hand with social and environmental responsibility, and the coffee farmers receive fair prices for our high-quality coffee, which enables them to make economic progress and improve their quality of life.
The 'specialty' coffees are green coffees of the highest quality that are roasted in a light way compared to traditional coffees, in order to best express all their aromatic charge. These coffees are grown and processed in places with unique climatic and environmental conditions, which contribute to developing such particular taste and aromatic profiles. The origin of the coffee, the botanical variety and the integrity of the supply chain from the producer to the consumer are fundamental elements of a 'specialty' coffee. Today these products are driving the entire coffee market thanks to their ability to amaze with ever new and captivating tastes; the coffees from single plantations and the light roasts, which develop a deeper aromatic complexity, stand out in particular.
Packaging is a very important vehicle for these products because it provides detailed information on traceability, variety, altitude, cultivation and drying methods up to organoleptic descriptions.
Our specialties are intended for great coffee enthusiasts and all the most curious palates.
