ABOUT
Caffè Suiso is a small artisan roastery founded in the heart of the Swiss Malcantone specialised in sustainable coffee of exceptional quality.
Yanik aus der Beek discovered a deep passion for coffee during an eye-opening time in London, a place where the coffee market was evolving rapidly: the very first time he tried freshly-roasted coffee there, he was hooked. Then came travelling, studying, exploring and learning everything about it: coffee varieties, growing areas, roasting techniques, traditional brewing methods and more experimental ones, the culture of coffee.
Eventually in 2020 he founded his own roastery in order to make exceptional coffee and share his knowledge, showing other people the complex world behind a simple cup of coffee..

Knowledge is power. The only way to generate value for the whole coffee industry and drive change towards a more informed coffee consumption is to engage and communicate with customers; coffee has been a commodity for too long now and we have barely begun to scratch the surface of it.
Caffè Suiso
The name of the brand was born from the nickname 'il suiso' (literally 'the Swiss') that people in Brazil gave Yanik during a business trip. The name stuck and since then friends and people in the coffee industry have known him as 'Suiso'.
