RETURNS AND AFTER-SALES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. In addition, you will have to present the receipt or proof of purchase at the time of return.
Some products, such as coffee beans, ground coffee or coffee capsules, cannot be returned. Please refer to the section 'Exceptions / non-returnable items'.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a return having been requested first will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or customised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). Furthermore, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.
Damage and problems
Upon delivery, you are asked to check that the number of items delivered corresponds to that of your order and that the products are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way.
If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, allowing us to assess the problem and resolve it.
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount due will be automatically refunded to you using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. Please note that the processing and recording of refunds by your bank or credit card may take some time.
