Specialty Coffee is premium-quality coffee, evaluated by professional tasters with a score of at least 80 out of 100 according to SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards. These are traceable beans, grown in ideal regions and hand-picked with great care, often in small productions.
The roasting is designed to highlight the natural characteristics of each origin: aromas, acidity, sweetness and body, offering a unique and clean cup experience, light-years away from industrial coffee!
