New: Our Brazil is now the Yellow Bourbon variety, a prized variety with golden yellow fruit. Unlike most coffee cherries, which turn red when ripe, the Yellow Bourbon reaches full maturity taking on a characteristic yellow colour, from which it takes its name. The beans are hand-picked and processed using the Natural method, meaning they are dried in the open air while still inside the cherries. This method preserves the natural sweetness of the fruit.
